The Ombudsman for Residents and Fellows will serve as a neutral, confidential, and independent resource for postgraduate medical trainees within the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. The ombudsman will support an inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe training environment, and provide a safe space for trainees to voice concerns, seek guidance, and explore options for addressing issues related to equity, diversity, inclusion, professionalism, wellness, and interpersonal conflict.
