This 2015–16 Annual Report for the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto details the exciting activity that has taken place in education, research, advancement and alumni relationships. I want to thank all of our faculty, residents and fellows as well as the leadership of our department for creating the wonderful activity that we are able to report on.
